Event Details: Outdoor Degree - Orphans No. 761

REGARDING THE OUTDOOR DEGREE

We would kindly direct you to the map attached regarding parking and for additional information. This includes the need for those attending to bring a folding (and comfortable chair). As well, the attire for the degree which is business slacks and a collared short-sleeve shirt or a collar, long sleeve shirt. We anticipate it will be warm and we want everyone to be comfortable. Know that this is open to any Master Mason (make sure and bring a fellow brother with you!). Finally, make plans to enjoy and participate in the annual 13th District Masonic Picnic at MHCO. Specifics about that are below for your information.  If we are unable to conduct the degree outdoors, it will be held in the MHCO Gym.

Our schedule is as follows for the day:

8:00am – 8:15am - meet at the Lodge and load items to take to the degree site. (Brethren – please meet at the Lodge if possible, as I know many of you are making a long trip, to help with loading up items for the degree. You help afterwards is also appreciated.

9:00am - Third Degree as performed by Orphans No. 761

11:30am (approx.) - End of Degree

12:00pm - return all items to the Orphans Lodge No. 761 Building/Lodge Room

12:05pm - Join/Assist with 13th Masonic Picnic, to be held at the MHCO Picnic Shelter (near the cafeteria)

Event Details: Orphans 761 Stated Meeting

The third stated of the year will be held as part of the Masonic Homecoming Festival weekend at our children's home in Oxford.  Prior to Saturday's activities on campus, we will hold a brief meeting and will be honoring the charter members of Orphans Lodge No. 761.

The final meeting of 2026 at Orphans Lodge No. 761 will conclude our 20th Anniversary Year celebration, include our annual election of officers and their installation, and close out the business of the Lodge and our annual charity distributions.  Look for updates regarding the installation and other activities at MHCO that day in future communications.  Dress code will be determined closer to the date and the meeting portion is open to all Master Masons in good standing.
