Event Details: King 722 Stated Meeting

King Lodge #722 holds its Stated Communication on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM and typically end by 9:00 PM. 

The Masonic Lodge is located at:
226 Jefferson Church Rd. 
King, NC 27021

Our Bylaws do allow the Lodge by a majority vote at a stated communication to dispense with stated communications during either or all of the months of June, July and August, and those falling on legal holidays. 
You may wish to check with the Master on whether the Lodge will meet on the previously mentioned months. 

The attire for Stated Communications is typically business casual, but don't let this prevent you from coming to a meeting to fellowship with your Brothers.

We will have a meal before the Stated Communication on the following months:
February 2025 at 6:30 PM
May 2025 at 6:30 PM
August 2025 at 6:30 PM
November 2025 at 6:30 PM
Light refreshments will be served after the meeting on all other months. We encourage members to stay and fellowship after meetings as much as they can.

Brethren, mark your calendars — it’s almost time for our Annual Chicken Stew on Saturday, November 8, 2025!

We’ll begin cooking at 10:00 AM, and the public event runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Cleanup and closing will wrap up around 9:00 PM.

We need all hands on deck to make it another great year! Come lend a hand — or a good story — as we work together to:

This year’s theme is “NASCAR Christmas”, featuring our Grand Marshal, Burt Myers! 🏆✨

2025 King Christmas Parade – Workday for Brethren 🎅

Brethren, it’s time once again for our biggest community event of the year — the King Christmas Parade, happening Saturday, December 6, 2025!

We’ll meet at King Elementary School in the upper parking lot across from First Baptist Church and the YMCA Soccer Fields around 8:00 AM and typically have biscuits and coffee from Bojangles or another local business, then get to work helping with parade setup. This event puts our Lodge front and center in the community — so let’s show up strong, warmly dressed, and full of Christmas spirit! 🎄✨

We need all hands on deck to help with:
🚗 Directing traffic and float placement
🎠 Guiding families and participants to their spots
📸 Taking photos and assisting during lineup & kickoff
🎅 Decorating the Santa Claus float — an important highlight of the parade!
🎩 Greeting the public and answering questions

After the parade, we’d love to have a group of Brothers walk the parade route carrying a “To Be One, Ask One” sign — a great opportunity to share our light and invite others to learn about Masonry.
