This celebration will be held on Tuesday December 10th at 6:30 PM.  The meal will be catered by Meadow Village Restaurant and is sure to be outstanding.  There will be a choice of two meats, with three sides and dessert.

The fee is $20.00 per person and, in order to reserve your place, it can be paid in advance by check.  After the meal we’ll move into the lodge room for a short awards presentation.  In order to get an accurate count for the caterer we need all attendees to RSVP by December 6th.  You can do so by contacting the Secretary by phone, text, or email using the information below, or you can cut and mail the RSVP slip at the bottom of this letter along with your check.  Please be mindful before responding that you will be liable for the meal fee if you reply with your intention to attend.  If you would like to sponsor dinner for one of our lodge widows, please indicate your wish on the slip below and include the fee.
